A non-impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using a barbell and weights, increasing metabolism, fat burning, strength and stamina. Monday 5pm and Friday morning will be the 45 minute format. A Pump Clinic is available to help first-time participants learn the correct lifting techniques used in Pump classes. Sessions can be booking in the gym prior to attending your first class.
